Refunds

If you are not happy with your nails, please notify us before you pay, that way we can adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely no refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

Guarantee

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment: excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice any type of chip or lifting in the first seven days, please call us right away to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, or tears

Appointment

Although walk-ins are welcome upon availability (post-covid walk-ins are currently unavailable.), we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment, as clients that have standing appointments will be seen prior to those that do not. Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns (ex. allergies, injuries, etc.). If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be canceled 24 hours in advance by calling so that we can fit in another client. We understand that emergencies happen and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. But please try your best to give us 24 hours notice.

Payment

We accept: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. We don’t accept personal checks. Tips cannot be added to your credit card.

Effective 05/01/2022 a 2% convenience fee will be added to all credit card and online payment (Venmo, Cash app etc.) transactions

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased in-store. Gift Cards can not be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable and the value of the Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen destroyed altered, or used without your permission. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service.

Cell Phone

Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you mute all cell phones. Please keep all phone calls to a minimum. We understand that some calls are urgent, however, so if you must take a call, please use a moderate tone to maintain the atmosphere of the salon. Hands-free devices are recommended to avoid getting dirt and oils from your hair and face onto your nails.
