Extra Guests
To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or pets. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience.
Late Policy
We understand that delays can happen, so we offer a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reservation time, we may need to release your table to accommodate other guests. We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving a few minutes early whenever possible.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your nails, please let us know before you check out. We’ll gladly make any necessary adjustments or remove enhancements or coatings if needed. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds once you have left the salon. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days from the date of your appointment, excluding breakages. If you notice any chipping, lifting, or if an enhancement comes off during this time, please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a complimentary repair.
Repairs needed after 7 days, or due to breakage or tears, will be subject to a service fee. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make things right!
Appointment
While we welcome walk-ins when availability allows, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure we can best accommodate you. Please note that walk-in availability may be limited, and clients with pre-booked or standing appointments will be given priority.
For your safety and comfort, please let us know in advance if you are pregnant or have any health concerns such as allergies or injuries. If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you call to reschedule your appointment—we’re happy to find a new time for you.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice by phone. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise unexpectedly. While we truly appreciate as much notice as possible, we simply ask that you do your best to let us know in advance whenever you can.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, and gratuities cannot be added to card or digital payments
Effective 02/01/2024 a 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card and online payment (Venmo, Cash app etc.) transactions
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased in-store. Gift Cards can not be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable and the value of the Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen destroyed altered, or used without your permission. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service.
Cell Phone
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you mute your cell phone during your visit and keep phone calls brief.
We understand that urgent calls may arise—if you need to take a call, please speak in a low, respectful tone. For your convenience (and to protect your nails), we recommend using hands-free devices to avoid transferring oils or dirt from your face or hair.
